C.D. Leganés can confirm nine positives COVID-19 tests have been detected in the first team, with three linked to players, after both antigen and PCR tests were completed by the squad and coaching staff.
Following the appropriate health authority protcols, all nine people were isolated and continue to register no significant symptoms of infection.
C.D. Leganés has informed LaLiga and the relevant health authorities, with further control tests carried out the day before the next fixture on Monday 6th December away to Girona F.C.
