CD Leganés report that 2 cases of coronavirus have been detected within the first team after tests were carried out on Tuesday and Wednesday on both players and club staff.
As is consistent with both Club and government health guidelines, both of them were placed under isolation in their homes during the day on Wednesday yet neither has reported symptoms as of yet.
Since the start of the pandemic CD Leganés has always maintained the highest standard of safety to prevent the spread of the virus in accordance with the rules, protocols and recommendations of LaLiga and the health authorities, and will continue to do so with full awareness of the role the Club has to play in the fight against COVID-19.
