Paco López: "We leave with a bittersweet feeling, we value the point but we have things to improve and we are working on it."

The coach of C.D. Leganés appeared at a press conference after the league debut at El Alcoraz.

The coach of C.D. Leganés, Paco López, spoke this Sunday at the end of the match between the "pepinero" team and S.D. Huesca at El Alcoraz, corresponding to the first round of LALIGA HYPERMOTION, which ended in a draw (1-1).

The coach evaluated the point earned as follows: "Today's match is an example of what this category is, especially when you play away. Huesca made things very difficult for us, and we have to greatly value the effort of the players, their fight, their struggle, and the generosity they showed. We leave with the bittersweet feeling that we had the game at 0-1 with little time left, and we were in a structure to prevent what happened, and when we needed to be more adjusted. I take away the fight, the work, and the effort. We have many things to improve, and we are working on it. We value the point and thank the people who came from Leganés. It's spectacular to have so many people supporting us and who came from so far away."

Paco stated that "the pauses give you the option to correct things you are noticing. Some things may go well, and others not so much. You try to adjust what is not being done well and reinforce what is being done better."

Asked about the transfer market, he assured that "we have free slots, and if there is something we think could benefit us, we will do it. We have a large squad; there are players who arrived late and still need to get up to speed. But we are happy and still open to some possibilities for arrivals or departures."
