Yoel Bárcenas and Fede Vico make their debuts in blanquiazul shirts

The Panamanian winger and the Cordoban playmaker made their first official appearances for C.D. Leganés on Monday. The Panamanian made his debut as a starter and stayed on for all 90 minutes, while the ex-Granada C.F. player came off the bench to play the final 25 minutes of the game.

Bárcenas, who missed out on the squad for the opening weekend, made Garitano's starting lineup down the left wing, though he played some of the second half on the right side of the pitch too. The Panamanian, only the second player of his nationality to play at C.D. Leganés after defender Joyce Moreno, generated a lot of attacking threat down both lanes of the pitch and was central to Leganés going forward.

Fede Vico, the most recent incorporation to the pepinero set-up, began the match on the sidelines before he was substituted on in the 65' for Juan Muñoz to strengthen the the midfield. In final stretch, he adjusted to play alongside Luis Perea as the side looked for the winning goal.
