C.D. Leganés and Carlos Guirao, together until 2029

C.D. Leganés and Carlos Guirao have extended their contract until June 30, 2029. The young midfielder from the club's youth academy will continue to defend the blue and white jersey for the next four seasons.

Trained in the Pepinera youth academy, 22-year-old Guirao is enjoying his first season as a player in the blue and white first team. After a loan spell at Móstoles URJC following his youth career and return to the reserve team, the Valdemoro-born midfielder was loaned to Real Betis, making his LALIGA EA SPORTS debut with the green and white team in the 2024/25 season.

Returning this past summer, Guirao recently made his official debut with Leganés, having already played in three LALIGA HYPERMOTION matches under Paco López. Now, the young midfielder has extended his contract with the club for the next four seasons.
