C.D Leganés’ forward Borja Bastón scored his first goal as a pepinero last Saturday at Las Gaunas on the match that the white and blues played against U.D Logroñés. The striker scored a penalty kick that allowed the team to get the three points.
It is the first goal for the forward who has had some previous options to score in the recent games and has one assist in his records. Borja was responsible for shooting the penalty and did it strongly to the middle of the goal. Nothing to do for the locals’ keeper.
Bastón is C.D Leganés’ fourth scorer in the league. Juan Muñoz, Sabin Merino and Roberto Rosales have scored previously.
