C.D. Leganés closes right fullback position with the arrival of Marc Navarro

Marc Navarro, native of Badalona, ​​is a powerful fullback with a great physique, which stands out for his pace and facility to join the team’s attack as well as for his aerial game. Raised in Badalona, ​​he went through Barcelona, ​​Espanyol and Damm before returning to Espanyol’s second team, where he debuted in the 2014/15 season. Two and a half seasons’ later, he debuted in First Division in January 2017 under the wing of Quique Sánchez Flores in a match against Granada, where he also scored a goal. He played twelve matches with the first team in that season, scoring two goals and giving two assists.

Already as a member of the first team, Marc Navarro’s participation grew in the 2017/18 season for Espanyol, playing 24 official matches and scoring a goal, precisely against Leganés in Butarque on January 28th, 2018, and giving two assists.

In June 2018 he was transferred to the English side Watford F.C., where he played five official matches between League, Cup and League Cup. Now he arrives at Butarque during this next season to help achieve Leganés’ objectives.
