C.D Leganés has contacted its more than 60 years old season ticket holders on the last weeks to check on them, their health and cheer them up on these hard times. Many of them are alone on the lockdown we are currently in.
Given the impact that COVID-19 pandemic has meant for the senior, the Club has decided to check on its more than 60-year-old season ticket holders. Most of them were doing great but unfortunately some could not overcome the illness or are fighting to recover from it.
C.D Leganés sends its condolences to all the family and friends of all our fans that have passed away on these times and send a message of strength to all the ones that are fighting against it.

Good vibes have been the general feeling on the more than 1.000 calls that the club has done to its fans or their families. Most of them have asked to the club’s personnel for the team current news. “You have made my day with this call” remarked one pepinero fan that has been locked down alone at home on these hard times.
“I am at the hospital wearing my Lega’s shoes and even though the watchman supports Getafe, he has been really kind with me”
“Don’t you worry son, I am currently at the hospital with Coronavirus but doing well, I am wearing my Lega’s shoes and even though the watchman supports Getafe, he has been really kind with me” said one of the more than 80 year old pepineras. A thousand stories, names, families, pepineros and pepineras that the club wanted to check on and stay close to.
