C.D Leganés got his third consecutive home win last Sunday. The team has managed to beat Real Zaragoza, Real Oviedo, and C.D Mirandés, a three-win streak at home that did not occur in almost three years.
It was the 2017/18 season and C.D Leganés won three consecutive matches at home on its second season at First Division. The white and blues won against Villarreal (3-1), Real Sociedad (1-0) and Espanyol (3-2). Those results allowed the team to establish the category survival.
Three years later, C.D Leganés has managed to get nine consecutive points at home. José Luis Martí’s team won against Real Zaragoza (1-0), Real Oviedo (2-1) and Mirandés (1-0). Three consecutive home wins that allow the pepineros to be fourth after ten matchdays of the season.
