C.D. Leganés defeated A.D. Alcorcón (3-1) at the I.D. Butarque in the sixth preparation match ahead of the league start. Naim, Jorge Sáenz, and Roberto López scored the goals for the "pepineros" to overturn Vladys' initial goal for the "yellows."
The "pepineros" came out determined to please the approximately 1,500 fans in the stands of the I.D. Butarque, although it was Alcorcón who took the lead on the scoreboard thanks to a goal by Vladys in the 3rd minute, taking advantage of a long ball and beating Juan Soriano with a cross shot.
Despite the early goal by Alcorcón, Leganés showed activity in attack, with Figueredo making runs from the right and Pauwels from the left seeking the equalizer, as seen in a shot by Álex Millán in the 6th minute and another by Naim in the 14th. Naim himself would level the score in the 25th minute, taking advantage of a great assist from Guirao to beat Ayesa with a chipped shot in a one-on-one. The score was 1-1 at halftime.

With three substitutions after the restart, the "blanquiazules" took the lead in the 48th minute thanks to a header by Jorge Sáenz following a lateral free kick taken by Naim, making it 2-1. Shortly after, Juan Soriano made a great save to deny a shot by Carmona, preventing the equalizer from appearing on the scoreboard again.
With the usual carousel of substitutions in the second forty-five minutes, Leganés controlled the pace of the game and sought to extend their lead. Miguel had a chance with a header in the 75th minute, and Cissé also came close with a shot from the edge of the area in the 84th. Finally, in the 89th minute, the definitive 3-1 came through Roberto López, who finished with his right foot after a great collective play.
A victory for Paco López's team in the sixth match of a preseason that will conclude with the final friendly next Saturday (10:30 a.m.) again at the I.D. Butarque against Real Oviedo.
