Daniel Lasure was officially presented as C.D Leganés’ new player. The defender from Aragón has already made his debut against F.C Cartagena and is excited about his new stage at the Club.
C.D Leganés’ sports director Txema Indias welcomed Lasure: “We had some needs on the left side of the pitch and decided to go after him for his personal and professional profile. He has played 70 games at second division and has experience at the category. We are thrilled to have him here with us. Congratulations for your debut, Dani”.
Lasure was happy for his arrival at Butarque: “I am proud, and it is a pleasure for me to be part of C.D Leganés. It is wonderful to be part of such an ambitious project like this on a club that is difficult to say no to. I hope to grow here. It is a club that does things well, treats well its people and is a big one of the category.

The defender talked about his first days at the club and his debut against Cartagena: “It has been a long and demanding first week, I have had to understand many concepts, but I am happy because I felt comfortable and the team won. The team had good sensations and managed to adapt to what the manager wanted, and it could be seen at the pitch”.
Lasure recognized that the objective is to be at the top of the league: “You always want to be at the top but the most important is to understand what you will face on your next match. I focus myself to do things well and help the team the best I can. The internal competition is a positive thing for all because it makes the team to perform better”.
