Dates announced for the 2023 International Draft, which will take place throughout the month of July. The program, focused on young players between the ages of 18 and 23, will have a similar structure to the first team's preseason program and promises improvements on last year's successful format. Top players will have the opportunity to earn a partial or full athletic scholarship to compete on the International Academy teams.
The 2023 International Draft is a high-intensity sports program where players from all over the world compete to improve their level and compete for a spot on the International Academy teams. The event, adapted to the sporting needs of players in the preseason period, combines the club's sporting methodology and the experience of belonging to an organization such as Club Deportivo Leganés, creating a unique service in a professional environment.
The program includes weekly training sessions, double work sessions, friendly matches, social sessions and other activities related to the CD Leganés experience. Participants will have the option of participating for two weeks or one month, as well as staying at the club's official residence, located less than 20 minutes away from the training facilities. The residence offers a total service, with the option of booking double or single rooms and full board.
