Miguel de la Fuente: “C.D Leganés has made me feel important and I will return that with hard work”

C.D Leganés has officially presented the forward Miguel de la Fuente as its new player. The 21-year-old forward thanked the club for betting for him and assured he was going to return it back with work and effort.

C.D Leganés’ sports director Txema Indias welcomed the player: “We are sure that Miguel’s arrival allows us to have a more complete forward. He is a player that has done important steps despite of his youth. With 18 years old he was already part of the dynamics of a first team, made his debut with 20, U-19 international, and has a spectacular present and a better future. I wish you the best of luck”

“I feel good, working hard and at the coach’s disposal”

Miguel de la Fuente was clear about what C.D Leganés receives with his arrival: “I come here to work and provide goals. I can perform in different positions and make it hard for the coach to decide. I was attracted by C.D Leganés for its promotion objective and working methods”.

The forward did not want to discuss things that were not related to his arrival at Butarque: “I am here to talk about Leganés, which is the club that has made me feel important and I will return that with hard work and effort. I feel good, working hard and at the coach’s disposal for anything he considers”.
