Rubén Pardo, Five Star Player of the Season

The fans of C.D. Leganés have chosen midfielder Rubén Pardo as the best player of the team this season. The player from La Rioja was the player with the most player of the month trophies during the campaign, and wins the Mahou trophy for the 2020/21 season.

This award is organized by Mahou, the official beer of the Pepinero club. Pardo, scorer of four goals during the current course, wanted to thank his support to the pepinero fans: "Thank you for the awards you have given me during the season and for the support you always give us".

Dynamics of the election of the Five Star Player

Fans vote via Twitter, on the @futbolmahou profile, with the collaboration of the official C.D. Leganés account (@CDLeganes), for their chosen player among the five proposed by the club on a monthly basis with the hashtag #JugadorCincoEstrellas. To vote they have to mark retweet or favorite the name of the player they want to be awarded the prize, within the deadline set for collecting votes. Once the votes are counted, the winner is determined.

The Five Star Player is awarded monthly and at the end of the season to choose the best player of the team. With initiatives like this, Mahou Cinco Estrellas once again demonstrates its loyal support to C.D. Leganés, offering the Blue and Whites' fans the experience of being part of this award.
