Rubén Pardo named Five-Star Player of the Month for February

C.D. Leganés fans have chosen midfielder Rubén Pardo as the team's best player in the month of February. The player from La Rioja was one of the most outstanding players in the matches played by the pepineros last month, and wins his third trophy after those obtained in November 2020 and January 2021.

Rubén Pardo has been recognized by his fans as the Five Star Player of February. The '25' of the pepinero took part in the six league matches played by the Blue and Whites in the month, scoring two superb free-kick goals against C.D. Lugo and Albacete Balompié and giving an assist against C.D. Tenerife. This award is organized by Mahou, the official beer of the Pepinero club.

Fans vote through Twitter, in the profile of @futbolmahou, with the collaboration of the official account of C.D. Leganés (@CDLeganes), their chosen player among the five proposed by the club monthly with the hashtag #JugadorCincoEstrellas. To vote they have to mark retweet or favorite the name of the player they want to be awarded the prize, within the deadline set for collecting votes. Once the votes are counted, the winner is determined.
