C.D. Leganés has reached an agreement with Rayo Vallecano to allow the Madrid-based side to play their first home La Liga match at the Ontime Butarque stadium on Thursday 20 August against Deportivo Alavés.
Given the delicate situation affecting the Vallecano stadium, and in coordination with the Community of Madrid, C.D. Leganés has agreed to host the match at the Ontime Butarque stadium, provided that certain minimum guarantees are met to safeguard the interests of the Pepineros supporters and the club itself.
Finally, with the support of the CAM, both clubs have reached an agreement allowing Rayo Vallecano to play their first La Liga match at the Ontime Butarque Stadium. The match between Rayo Vallecano and Deportivo Alavés will take place on Thursday 20 August at 9.00 pm.
C.D. Leganés, just as it did last season when Rayo Vallecano played one of its matches at the Ontime Butarque Stadium, will allocate part of the revenue generated to an initiative that will benefit all the club’s supporters, who regard the Ontime Butarque Stadium as their home.
