The C.D. Leganés Foundation is launching a new job board for the position of protocol and hospitality assistant, an initiative aimed at promoting employment opportunities related to sports, events, and customer service.
Through this initiative, the Foundation seeks to bring the world of soccer and event planning closer to young people and residents of the city, offering them the opportunity to gain experience in a professional setting.
Protocol and hospitality assistants play a key role on match days and at various events held at the stadium, helping to ensure that the experience for guests, companies, officials, and attendees in the VIP areas is comfortable, orderly, and satisfying.
Job Board to Bring Soccer and Events Closer to the City’s Youth
Among the position’s main responsibilities are welcoming and assisting guests, escorting and seating them in the stadium’s various areas, providing support at entry points, accreditation stations, and hospitality areas, as well as addressing any needs that may arise during attendees’ time at the venue.
To be considered for this job pool, special emphasis will be placed on availability for matches and events—both on weekdays and weekends—as well as English proficiency, a professional appearance, a proactive attitude, and customer service skills.
