Amunt was proclaimed champion of the first edition after a hilarious morning.

All of them were introduced one by one, jumping onto the pitch with the flags of their respective clubs. After that, it was time to start with the trials, opening the event with the steeplechase, followed by the semi-finals of the 100m sprint, the cucumber throw, the penalty shoot-out against a legendary goalkeeper like Andrés Palop, the relay race and the final of the 100m sprint. Afterwards, the online voting was counted and the trophies were awarded.

The final tally of points gave the victory to Amunt, mascot of Valencia C.F., who was proclaimed champion of the first edition of LaLiga de las Mascotas. In second place was Dimonió representing R.C.D. Mallorca, while third place was shared by Indi, from Atlético de Madrid, and Tamarro, from Andorra. Sponsors and collaborators made a unique event possible

In addition to them, the public could learn about the adoption of eleven homeless dogs thanks to Miwuki, and get close to several vehicles courtesy of Cupra. Fotoenergy, Creatyva and TheBus OnTime were also part of the team of official sponsors, without whom the event would not have been possible. Thanks are also extended to LaLiga, Club Atletismo Leganés and Maratonianos Leganés, who collaborated with judges, referees and material for the races.

On a more charitable note, the club and the C.D. Leganés Foundation collaborated with the Madrid Food Bank, setting up two stands where fans could donate non-perishable foodstuffs for the coming Christmas season.
