Javier Aguirre: “The team has worked well. Real Valladolid will demand a lot from us”

C.D Leganés’ manager attended the media this Friday before the next match against Real Valladolid this Saturday at Butarque (19:30h). The coach confirmed that all the players are fit and is hopeful to return to the competition with a win.

The Mexican manager regretted not to count with the pepineros fans presence but asked all of them to support from where they can watch the match. He believes that despite of the stop of the competition, the team is ready both physical and mentally to face the rest of the season. “We have seen our training sessions, the GPS numbers and our studies… physically we are in the same shape as we left, which is good but not the best guide. You will only now when you face your rivals.

About the possibility of making five substitutions during the match, Aguirre responded that “it is something that benefits the show” and hopes not to have injuries.
