Pol Lorente: “I would love that all the people that have followed the sessions connect again this Thursday”

C.D Leganés’ fitness coach Pol Lorente is satisfied with the training that has been performed with the first team on the last days and with all the fans that have followed the online training session as well.

“It has been a learning process given the circumstances. I would like to have discovered this way of training before. I’m happy because we have not only achieved our training objectives with the first team but have also helped to make better the lockdown for some people, that makes me proud and happy from both sides” remarked Pol.

Pol tells that he has been aware of all the repercussion the sessions had: “I prepared each session to cover what the first team needed and our internal requirements but also concerned to make them adaptable for all the people that may join in order to allow them to do it without any problem and feel the session as theirs”.

“I think that the sessions have had repercussion from an informative level, I believe that we have been pioneers working from home and involving our fans in the process which is something different from others. Other colleagues from other teams have also worked from home with their players but I have felt special because of all the all the messages from people that I didn’t know and that have made me part of their home every day. I’m proud of have helped in some way to make these days better” remarked Pol.

The fitness coach wanted to thank all the fans that have joined the sessions: “I want to thank all the people that have joined our effort to face this crisis as a C.D Leganés family. We will continue to fight till the end as we do from the football side. I hope these sessions have helped to encourage the people to work out, keep fit and keep C.D Leganés on your hearts.
