As if it was today… three years ago Leganés won against Las Palmas (3-0). It was a key result to save from relegation. Two goals by Luciano and one by Guerrero allowed the pepineros to get away from relegation spots on the league.

There were 5 remaining matchdays for the end of the season and Leganés was three points away from Real Sporting after they tied the day before against Espanyol.
